E21 ERP’s price list management software supports a variety of pricing structures to meet manufacturing and distribution companies’ complex pricing requirements. The pricing management functionality simultaneously supports various pricing scenarios, including discount off list, contract, matrix, columnar, commodity or market-based, formula, unit of measure, lead-time, attribute, and volume-based pricing methodologies. Beginning and ending effective dates are assigned to each price list and product on the price list. Additionally, each price list may contain a mix of pricing methodologies. Moreover, a product can be included on infinite price sheets concurrently.

Price lists can be associated with one or more customers or groups of customers. E21's price list management software automatically enters the applicable pricing into a customer's order lines during order entry. The system rapidly looks across all the price lists and other pricing mechanisms. Then, it enters the lowest currently effective price available to the customer.

Do more with promotions, allowances, and rebates

Users can create complex rules for promotions, discounts, allowances, and rebates with E21’s price list management solution. For example, promotions may include limits based on the number of orders, minimum order quantities, minimum order spend, and effective dates. Customer allowances and rebates can be established as a percentage of the sale or a fixed currency amount. Once set up, these pricing mechanisms can be assigned to specific products and customers. Most importantly, these pricing mechanisms are fully integrated with the E21 ERP financial management. For instance, E21 automatically calculates and accrues applicable customer rebates on an invoice line-item level during invoicing.
