E21’s warehouse receiving software supports material receipt recording using standard keyboard entry and RF and barcode scanning technology.

Leveraging E21’s powerful ERP configuration manager, organizations can choose to adopt dock-to-stock or straight-to-stock receipt methodologies. Moreover, automated rules can be established for products such that they are placed on quality hold automatically during receipt, with the appropriate QC personnel notified immediately.

With E21’s lot traceability software and serialization capabilities, the system will ensure that applicable lot and serialized data is captured during receiving.

Fully-integrated with container processing and EDI

As a fully integrated, web-based ERP system, E21 ties the receiving process to procurement and EDI processes. Should multiple purchase orders be consolidated into a single container, E21 provides fast, efficient processes to receive an entire container in a single transaction.

Using E21’s built-in EDI software, supplier ASNs can be received directly into the system with quantities pre-populated for receiving personnel.
