With the ability to define pricing rules that can vary by currency, unit of measure, and shipment method, E21 provides the flexibility needed to manage each vendor’s unique pricing data. In addition, E21 ERP supports the definition of vendor volume discount rules on an annualized or per-order basis. Thanks to E21’s integrated ERP MPR software, these volume discount opportunities are made visible to procurement personnel during purchase order entry to maximize the organization’s discount opportunity. Additional built-in tools provide the ability to import new vendor pricing data and mass update supplier pricing across vendors and product groupings.

Capture your suppliers’ entire product catalog

E21 ERP also provides an integrated vendor catalog. In the event that an actual item master record may not exist for a particular item being requested by a customer, sales and planning personnel can tap into each supplier’s catalog for customer quoting and supplier purchase order purposes. Suppliers can use E21 Connect, E21’s integrated ERP vendor portal, to alert buyers to new items, promotions, and discounts.
