Integration for Shopify^®

Ever accept a Shopify order only to realize it cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of inventory availability? With the E21 ERP integration for Shopify, inventory availability can be pushed from E21 to Shopify automatically at user-defined intervals. Moreover, with E21’s multi-warehouse support, E21 warehouses can be associated with Shopify location IDs, ensuring that only inventory availability from specific warehouses is pushed to a given Shopify store.

Shopify orders can be fulfilled directly in E21 using E21’s built-in integrations with FedEx, UPS, and ShipStation. All shipment tracking data is passed from E21 to Shopify, and each shipped order is automatically marked as fulfilled within the Shopify platform. In the event orders are fulfilled by a third-party warehouse that communicates with Shopify directly, such orders can be automatically picked, packed, and shipped within E21 once they are marked as fulfilled in Shopify with zero user intervention.
