Multiple sales reps can earn commissions on an invoice line item, where commissions can be calculated based on gross sales or margin. Once earned, commissions can be paid upon invoicing the customer or upon payment receipt from the customer.

Fully integrated commission accruals

The E21 CRM sales commission management solution is fully integrated with E21’s general ledger and AP modules. When invoicing, an automatic entry can be made to a commission accrual account, eliminating the need for offline commission maintenance and manual journal entries.
