Using the MailChimp and Klaviyo CRM integration, manufacturing and distribution companies can establish rules to automate adding contacts to email lists and segments when those contacts are added or updated in the ERP system.

E21 ERP CRM software users can also update contact email subscriptions maintained in Klaviyo and MailChimp directly from the CRM solution and have real-time access to email campaign behavior within the system itself. In addition, using webhooks, any unsubscribes that occur through an email campaign immediately flag the contact record in E21 that the contact has unsubscribed from future email campaigns.
