With E21 Analytics, E21’s built-in ERP BI solution, user dashboards are only a click away and accessible directly within the E21 ERP system. Dashboards can display data relevant to a single department or business unit, or they can be set to display cross-platform data on a single dashboard, such as sales, inventory, and AR data on a single dashboard. Dashboards can be set to launch automatically upon sign-in based on individual user preferences, and access to each dashboard is controlled through simple menu-level security maintained in E21’s System Administration module. Read and write privileges can be set on an individual user basis. Access to specific data displayed in each ERP dashboard can be restricted to individual users. Dashboards in E21 Analytics can even be linked to E21 screens as user navigation options using the E21 ERP workflow designer.

E21 Analytics also allows organizations to take a more social approach to their ERP dashboards. While users can easily share their dashboard data as an exported PDF or Excel file, dashboards can also be shared as an encrypted URL, allowing users to share dashboards and filtered data views with other users with a single click.
