Ad-hoc reporting tools allow users to build customized reports based on user needs and demands without source code modifications. With E21 ERP, manufacturers and distributors can leverage a built-in, web-based reporting tool to create reports needed for any user in any department. The E21 reporting engine uses a powerful SQL builder that allows any data set within the E21 database to be used in a consolidated view for a report. E21’s web-based reporting software allows for multi-level drill-downs within a given report, and report designers can specify the parameters by which users can run their reports. Access to customized reports can be limited to specific users or user groups.

With the E21 ERP workflow designer, system administrators can enable report generation via user-defined navigation buttons from any screen in the system. In addition, the reporting engine allows for a multitude of export options, including PDF, Excel, CSV, TXT, HTML, and more.

Web-based reporting with easy report distribution

With an included report scheduler, individual reports can be set to be emailed to specific users at certain times of the day, on specific days of the week, or specific days of the month. Reports can even be set to print to designated printers automatically on user-defined frequencies.
