E21 ERP’s project accounting software solution allows manufacturers and distributors to create infinite projects. Projects may be internal projects, such as product development or a marketing event, or external projects in which a project is associated with a given customer. Once a project is created, all sales and cost activities can be tied back to that project. Sales orders, purchase orders, miscellaneous expenses, and more can be linked to a project for a complete cost vs. revenue analysis. It’s also fully integrated with E21’s built-in ERP expense management software and mobile apps, allowing users to associate their miscellaneous expenses or even entire expense reports with a given project.

Automate recurring billing activities

Recurring billing activities for both inventoried and non-inventoried items can be set up within a given project with user-defined billing frequencies for each billing activity. Thanks to this setup, all revenue can be tied back to its respective project upon invoicing, eliminating the need for manual, miscellaneous invoice creation.
