Easy invoice and payment processing

E21’s invoice processing provides efficient management, reconciliation, and payment of invoices. This functionality offers the accounts payable team real-time information and a means to review the purchase order, associated receipts, and invoice and resolve any discrepancies. The automated process provides two-way and three-way matching to reduce processing time and data errors and eliminate overpayments. And with the E21 ERP document management solution, organizations can move their payables operations to a completely paperless environment. From scanning packing slips and quality documents during receiving to attaching vendor invoices to a payables record, E21 gives the AP team easy access to all documents associated with each step of the procure-to-pay process. Then, with the E21 ERP workflow engine, organizations can automate the routing and approval of vendor invoices.

To complete the procure-to-pay cycle, users can select from a list of unpaid vouchers for payment, process the payment, and post the associated AP batch to the source journal. Payments can be made by check, eCheck, ACH (with built-in support for Positive Pay), and EFT. With E21’s fully integrated EDI software functionality, the remittance process can be completely automated with E21’s built-in support for the EDI 820 transaction. E21 supports the voiding of single or multiple checks while providing a complete audit trail. Moreover, with its integrated ERP inventory management software, E21 delivers a comprehensive solution to process vendor returns for credit or reshipment and create vendor debit memos automatically within a single solution.
