We support our customers’ right to decide on our longevity as their technology partner. That’s why we only sell the E21 ERP system with the complete application source code included in the single, per-concurrent-user, per-month fee.

Should you ever decide to do so, we feel that you should be able to operate and maintain E21 independently of us. A one-time software purchase decision should not require you to turn to the E21 team whenever you need something done to address evolving business conditions. Additionally, should you ever become dissatisfied with E21’s service and support or disagree with our technical direction, you can bring maintenance of the system in-house. We believe this approach emphasizes having to earn our customers’ business daily and that our customers should ultimately decide on our longevity as their technology partner.
