At E21, we want to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their ultimate software selection. We also want our customers to feel confident entrusting part of their organization’s future success with us. As such, we offer all our customers a money-back software acceptance period following contract signing and initial software installation. This period allows customers to validate their decision to go with E21 through their ERP selection process. If, at any point during the software acceptance period, the customer feels any E21 functionality was misrepresented during the software selection process and no longer wishes to proceed with the ERP implementation project, we will refund 100% of the customer’s software licensing fees.
