As part of the ERP implementation process, the E21 Services team provides the training that application users and IT resources need. The E21 Services project manager assigned to your implementation will work with you to establish a training program that best meets your organization’s requirements.

Flexible training options to meet your team’s needs

User training can be conducted onsite at your facility and via web meetings. In a typical ERP implementation process, it would be common for the E21 Services project manager to be physically onsite for all training sessions for the project’s core team.

Depending on the size of the user base, we may recommend a train-the-trainer approach to end-user training. In this type of training, the E21 Services project manager trains the core team members. The core team members then train end users in their respective departments with help and guidance from the project manager.
