Role-based training for users across the enterprise

In-depth, role-specific functional and technical user training is vital to the success of the implementation and the organization’s long-term use of the system. As part of the ERP implementation process, the E21 Services team provides the training that application users and IT resources need. The E21 Services project manager assigned to your implementation will work with you to establish a training program that best meets your organization’s requirements.

Flexible training options to meet your team’s needs

User training can be conducted onsite at your facility and via web meetings. In a typical ERP implementation process, it would be common for the E21 Services project manager to be physically onsite for all training sessions for the project’s core team.

Depending on the size of the user base, we may recommend a train-the-trainer approach to end-user training. In this type of training, the E21 Services project manager trains the core team members. The core team members then train end users in their respective departments with help and guidance from the project manager.

Training tools are built directly into the ERP system

Leverage the E21 Help Center

The E21 Services group augments user training with E21’s integrated Help Center. The Help Center contains online help and documentation for each screen and field in the system. It also features an online knowledge base complete with video demonstrations on performing hundreds of operations and transactions in the system.

Additionally, during the implementation process, the E21 Services group works with your project team to document business rules and processes specific to your organization. Your business-specific documentation can then be made available only to your company’s users from the Help Center and linked to specific E21 screens. This system feature allows end users to access your standard operating procedures within the ERP application.

Training doesn’t stop at go-live

Following ERP implementation, the E21 Services account manager can provide your users with additional training as required. For example, users may request training on newly implemented features or refresher training on screens or processes they haven’t used recently. Whatever your training needs, the E21 Services group can assist you.
