As part of the E21 Services offering, an ERP implementation project manager is assigned to each new customer account. The E21 project manager is your organization’s point person for the implementation project and continues to serve in this capacity after go-live. Unlike other ERP vendors’ approaches to implementations, E21 project managers work full-time in the E21 Services group – no third parties, no outside contractors. They focus specifically on delivering results through the implementation of the E21 system.
