An iterative approach to ERP data migration

The E21 Services team has developed a unique ERP data migration strategy over the years. As part of the ERP implementation process, an E21 Services data team is assigned to the project. The data team is responsible for working with your users to get data from your existing system(s) into a format that E21 software engineers can utilize with relative ease. E21 software engineers then load this data into the E21 ERP system in a sequence designed to ensure maximum data integrity and accuracy. As this data is loaded, the engineers identify any inconsistencies or omissions in the data provided. Based on client feedback, additional incremental data loads and updates are performed, with each update resulting in improvements to the overall data integrity.
